RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, items must:

- Remain in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Have no stains, damage, or signs of use
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within a few business days through the original payment method where applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for:

- Size-related issues (subject to availability)
